Sean Austin was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee and grew up enjoying the outdoors and all that the Chattanooga area has to offer. He has called a farm in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee home since 2018 where he operates a small-scale chicken and pork operation. Sean has many family members that have made real estate their full-time profession and has been around real estate transactions or construction most of his life. His knowledge of sales, building, and recreational property has helped him serve clients far beyond just the paperwork.

Sean Austin earned a BS in Forestry & Wildlife Management from Mississippi State University. Working for a small construction company and doing odd jobs to help pay for school it all tied back to real estate. It was during his time in college while networking with others in the industry that Sean became passionate about real estate. He started out on the management and consulting side and has managed properties from 100 to 3,000 acres.

Sean entered the real estate world in order to serve others. His knowledge of government programs, agriculture, outdoor recreation, construction, guest services and the local real estate markets and how to treat people right is something Sean brings to every deal. From first time buyers and sellers to professional developers, single family homes to multi-acre commercial property, Sean believes in working hard and serving each and every client the absolute best he can.
